Protection of a supplier of electrical products in a debt collection dispute
The cable production plant did not fulfill its obligations regarding the supply of products to our client in the amount of UAH 4.5 million. The difficulty of the dispute was that our client did not have all the documents confirming the amount of the debt.
Our lawyers conducted negotiations with the debtor and secured the signing of all necessary documents. In addition, our lawyers agreed with the debtor on the transfer of part of the debtor's vehicles as collateral.
The court's decision was to collect the full amount owed. In addition, vehicles were seized and sold at public auctions.
