Client`s legal defence in a dispute over the denial of access to a State Labor inspector
Our client is the owner of a cafe in Kharkiv. He is registered as a sole proprietor in Luhansk oblast, but the place of his business activity is officially registered in Kharkiv.
The State Labor Inspectorate in the Luhansk region made a request to check the businessman at the place of his registration in the Luhansk region. Of course, no one was at home at that time. The absence of the client was classified by the inspector as obstructing the inspection. Afterward, the State Administration of Justice imposed a fine on the entrepreneur in the amount of of 75,000 UAH .
Our lawyers appealed this fine in court. While considering the case, we managed to prove that the State Labor Inspectorate violated the inspection procedure and the procedure for imposing a fine.
