Our client carried out work on the arrangement of the roof of one of the houses. According to the version of the general contractor, after accepting the works, he discovered that the screed, which was poured by our client, was cracked.
Without calling our client and failing to record the deficiencies properly, the general contractor engaged another organization to eliminate the deficiencies. The organization dismantled the old screed and poured a new one. And our client received the bill for all the work. ⠀

The court of first instance listened to our arguments and refused the general contractor to satisfy the claim. The Court of Appeal upheld this decision. In addition to rejecting the lawsuit, the courts charged the general contractor with costs to compensate for the costs of legal assistance.
