color: #000000;\">Al mismo tiempo, el Procedimiento para la formaci\u00f3n y publicaci\u00f3n de la Lista de pagadores &quot;blancos&quot;, que determina las particularidades de la adquisici\u00f3n de dicho estatus, no entr\u00f3 en vigor hasta el 1 de noviembre de 2024.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><strong><em><i>Qu\u00e9 criterios ser\u00e1n el filtro para unirse al White Business Club y qu\u00e9 preferencias deben esperar los contribuyentes honestos, lo consideraremos con m\u00e1s detalle en este art\u00edculo.<\/i><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Una lista exhaustiva de dichos requisitos se establece en la cl\u00e1usula 69.41 del C\u00f3digo de Ucrania y se detalla en el Procedimiento para la formaci\u00f3n y publicaci\u00f3n de la Lista de contribuyentes con un alto nivel de cumplimiento voluntario de la legislaci\u00f3n tributaria, aprobado por orden del Ministerio de Finanzas. de 10.07.2024 No. 495.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Los criterios se pueden dividir condicionalmente en:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><i><\/i><em><i>general<\/i><\/em>- aplicarse a todos sin excluir a los contribuyentes,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><i><\/i><em><i>individual<\/i><\/em>- se establecen en funci\u00f3n del tipo de sistema tributario elegido.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><strong><b>CRITERIOS INDIVIDUALES<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">El cumplimiento de los criterios individuales por parte de los participantes potenciales se determina de acuerdo con el siguiente algoritmo: la informaci\u00f3n sobre el contribuyente se compara con la preestablecida. <u>indicadores promedio para cada uno de los criterios individuales. <\/u><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Los indicadores promedio est\u00e1n correlacionados con el sistema tributario elegido por los contribuyentes. La Orden No. 495 destaca los siguientes indicadores promedio:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">El indicador promedio del nivel de pago de PnP.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">El tipo medio de pago del IVA<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Indicadores de salario medio.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">El indicador promedio del nivel de pago de impuestos al presupuesto consolidado.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">La tasa promedio de pago del impuesto sobre la renta personal.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">En la Orden No. 495 tambi\u00e9n se proporciona un algoritmo detallado para calcular los indicadores promedio.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Al mismo tiempo, no es necesario que usted mismo haga c\u00e1lculos. Los indicadores promedio para cada uno de los criterios individuales se publican en el sitio web. <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/tpd.tax.gov.ua\/analytics\"><u>&quot;Territorio de alto nivel de confianza fiscal&quot; en la secci\u00f3n &quot;An\u00e1lisis de la industria&quot;<\/u><\/a>. Para encontrar los indicadores necesarios, es necesario seleccionar la sucursal correspondiente (KVED) y la regi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Consideremos qu\u00e9 indicadores promedio se tendr\u00e1n en cuenta durante la inspecci\u00f3n de cada uno de los de pagadores de buena fe se realizar\u00e1 de forma autom\u00e1tica.
