Defense of an international packaging manufacturer in a dispute with the State Labor Office about the suspension of the enterprise
After an inspection on labor protection issues, the State Department of Labor in the Kharkiv region appealed to our client - LLC "AMKOR SPECIALTY CARTONS UKRAINE" with a lawsuit to stop the production of the packaging products plant. Bargen lawyers helped the client assess the legality of each of more than 100 violations, prepared a plan for their elimination, recorded with proper evidence the fulfillment of the points of the State Labor Department's orders and accompanied the entire communication procedure between the client and the State Labor Department. Also, at the same time, in court, we justified the illegality of certain violations, which were claimed by the State Department of Labor.
The comprehensive approach of the Bargen Law Company secured a victory in court and the Kharkiv District Administrative Court refused to fully satisfy the claim of the State Department of Labor. The State Department of Labor did not file an appeal and the client continued to operate the factory.
