Ksenia also drafts a variety of agreements for the firm's clients and analyzes the agreements made by the clients' counterparties in order to reduce the risks for the client from entering into such an agreement.
Her additional specialization is corporate law. She cooperates with partners of the company on complicated agreements related to the purchase of corporate rights, drafts corporate statutes and arranges registration activities.
