Advocating a video game developer in a dispute with a former employee
Our client is an IT company that develops computer games. The company's offices are located in Lithuania, Belarus, Cyprus, and Ukraine.
After leaving the company, a former employee began threatening senior management of the company. He posted videos and messages with offensive content on social media, which damaged the company's reputation and could have disrupted the scheduled pre-sale of the computer game.
Our lawyers have taken the dishonest employee to court. We also took legal action to recover damages for disclosing confidential information.
