Legal defence of a supplier in equipment quality dispute
Torg Park LLC is a well-known supplier of professional equipment for trade and HoReCa sectors.
A customer supplied refrigeration equipment for one of the stores. After a while, the customer began to claim that the equipment was somehow defective. However, the buyer did not provide any evidence of improper operation of the equipment.
It was not possible to resolve the dispute and the buyer filed a claim with our client for a refund of 200,000 UAH paid for the equipment.
