Legal defence of a prosecutor suspected of committing a corruption crime
An employee of the regional prosecutor's office was suspected of committing a corrupt crime. Immediately after the suspicion was reported, the investigators insisted the client to be put under arrest.
Our lawyers quickly collected and provided the court with relevant evidence of unfounded suspicions. During the court hearing, the defendants persuaded the court that in this case it would be enough to apply a protective measure in the form of house arrest.
Also, during court proceedings, the lawyers have cancelled the decision on client's property stequestration. The case is still in progress, but at this stage, the lawyers helped the client to return to usual pace of life.
