At first, the program was intended only for military personnel, medical, pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers, as well as scientific workers, and from July 2023, the program was expanded and other categories of citizens were able to submit documents for housing. How is the loan procedure?
First, you need to contact the bank with an application to receive confirmation that you are covered by the program and can use it. We remind you that the following banks work with the eOselya program: PrivatBank, Ukrgasbank, OschadBank, Ukreximbank, Globe Bank, Sky Bank.
You must apply to the bank of your choice, or to all banks at the same time, with an application for participation in the eOselya program. Also, you have the opportunity to submit an application online in the ACTION application.
After the Bank approves the financing, it is necessary to independently find housing for purchase. If you are looking for an apartment in Kyiv, the building must be commissioned no earlier than 2013.
After you find the apartment you need, you need to find out from the owner whether he is ready to sell the apartment through the eOselya program. Often, the owners do not agree due to the lengthy approval procedure, registration through the Bank, acceptance of payment by card, etc.
If the Bank approves the housing of your choice, prepare to sign the contract with the Bank.
Before signing, we advise you to carefully read the terms of the contract, because if they are not fulfilled or if the government stops funding the program, the lending rate may increase to 12 % per year.
