After April 27, 2021, labor inspectors of local councils can only:
✔️ inspect communal property enterprises. That is, private enterprises and sole proprietors are no longer available to them;
✔️ apply to the State Labor Service for violation of the law. That is, they can initiate an inspection at a private enterprise before the State Labor Inspectorate.
We remind that for non-admission of the labor inspector to check the penalty for the enterprise of 18000 UAH is provided.
In addition, now the director of the company is fined from 850 to 1700 hryvnias for non-admission.
